Awards for Inclusion Efforts

The Pathways Awareness Open Hearts Awards grants congregations up to $1,000 for their access and inclusion efforts. Chicago, Illinois area congregations (in Cook, Lake, Will and DuPage Counties) are recognized with the Chicago Junior Open Hearts Awards for children and the Chicago Open Hearts Awards for adults. Congregations across the U.S. outside of the Chicago, Illinois area (outside of Cook, Lake, Will or DuPage Counties) are recognized for their access and inclusion efforts with the National Junior Open Hearts Awards for children and the National Open Hearts Awards for adults.
