Pathways Foundation grants congregations across United States up to $1000 for their access and inclusion efforts with the Junior Open Hearts Awards for children and the Open Hearts Awards for adults. Deadline for Open Hearts and Junior Open Hearts Awards nominations is August 1st each year.
