Eastern Orthodox Christian Resources

Eastern Orthodox Christian parishes are invited to join Pathways Awareness and faith communities of all traditions in celebrating Inclusion Awareness Day on the second Sunday of October or an alternate date in the fall. While faith communities strive to welcome and include worshippers of all abilities every day of the year, on Inclusion Awareness Day we:

  • Take stock of our access and inclusion efforts over the past year.
  • Celebrate progress on providing accommodations so that all may participate.
  • Commit to taking additional steps to create an accessible and welcoming faith community.

Please join us as we open our hearts, minds and doors to all Orthodox Christians, not only on Inclusion Awareness Sunday, but every day of the year.
